National Contact Points will:
- 1.
- Make the Guidelines known and available by appropriate means, including through on-line information, and in national languages. Prospective investors (inward and outward) should be informed about the Guidelines, as appropriate.
- 2.
- Raise awareness of the Guidelines, including through co-operation, as appropriate, with the business community, employee organisations, other non-governmental organisations, and the interested public.
- 3.

Respond to enquiries about the Guidelines from:
- (a)
- Other National Contact Points;
- (b)
- The business community, employee organisations, other non-governmental organisations and the public; and
- (c)
- Governments of non-adhering countries.
