- Art 16.

- (1)
- (Supplemented, Official Gazette issue No 51 of 1994, amended, issue No 39 of 1998) Any enterprise pursuant to this Act shall be appraised by independent Bulgarian or foreign experts or expert firms, duly licensed by the Privatization Agency. The said experts shall have access to any information and documents as may be necessary for the conduct of the appraisal.

- (Amended, Official Gazette issue No 51 of 1994) The procedure and the methods for the appraisal of enterprises subject to privatization shall be established by the Council of Ministers.
- (3)
- (Added, Official Gazette Issue No 89 of 1997) The appraisal is mandatory in case the sale is negotiated in direct negotiations with potential buyers, as well as in the cases pursuant to Art 35.
