Art. 13.
- (1)
- A supplier, within the meaning of this Law, shall be considered to be the person who transfers the ownership or institutes or transfers other rights in rem over goods or provides services.
- (2)
- A customer, within the meaning of this Law, shall be considered to be the person who actually receives or acquires the ownership or the other rights in rem over goods or receives services.
