Art. 38.
- (1)
- Social security and health insurance services, within the meaning of this Law, shall comprise the services provided by persons governed by a special law to provide mandatory or voluntary social security or health insurance as defined in a special law.
- (2)
- Social security and health insurance services shall include also the intermediary services directly linked to the voluntary health insurance, social security or pension schemes as defined by a special law.
