The translation is provided by the Estonian Legal Translation Centre (Eesti Õigustõlke Keskus). The Estonian Legal Translation Centre (ELTC) is a state agency administered by the Estonian State Chancellery. The ELTC opened for business on 4 September 1995. The mandate and mission of the ELTC is to meet the legislative translation needs of the Estonian Government effectively and professionally.
