The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Canada confirming their desire to develop and strengthen the economic, scientific, technical and cultural co-operation between both States, and desiring to conclude a Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital,
have agreed as follows:
