Agreeement betweeen the republic of Austria and the Kyrgyz republic for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fisical evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital

The Republic of Austria and the Kyrgyz Republic, desiring to conclude an Agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital, and to develop and strengthen economic, scientific, technical and cultural co--operation, have agreed as follows:
