open pension funds in accordance with ESA95 methodology. The
decision could raise the deficit and debt in terms of GDP by
0.5 % and 0.2 % respectively in 1999, 1.6 % and
1.0 % respectively in 2000, and 1.2 % and 1.9 %
respectively in 2001.
