Commission Report (2002): Poland
Action Plan. There has been some progress in developing monitoring and
regulatory bodies. in the case of financial services but also for other
services. Poland has also elaborated a specific Action Plan for the financial
services sector. As a result the Accession Partnership priorities in the area
of freedom to provide services have been partially met. Implementation of the
measures under the Action Plan is partially on track.
