Commission Report (2002): Poland
Further steps have been taken towards ensuring both alignment with the
acquis and transparent and effective implementation actions identified as
urgent in the Accession Partnership. There has been a further consolidation
of national regulatory authority for telecommunications as envisaged in the
Action Plan. The Accession Partnership priorities with regard to
telecommunications and information technologies have been met to a
considerable extent. The time schedule set in the Action Plan is being
largely respected.
