Commission Report (2002): Poland
Measures are under way to complete the alignment of legislation in this
field. Further efforts are required to continue and complete the training
actions set out in the Action Plan with respect to strengthening the
capabilities of the independent television/radio regulatory authority. In
overall terms the Accession Partnership priorities in the area of culture and
audio-visual policy have been partially met. Implementation of the measures
under the Action Plan is largely on track.
