(Act No. 122/2001 Coll., amending and supplementing Act No. 372/1990 Coll. on Minor Offences, as amended)
The amendment to the Act on Minor Offences has supplemented minor offences against civil coexistence by two new subject-matters. Pursuant to this amendment, the minor offences are also the following acts:
- if a person enforces from another person with use of violence, however without an enforceable decision of the relevant authority, either alone or with assistance of others, property rights or rights resulting therefrom, about which he/she thinks that such rights belong to him/her;
- if a person assists by its personal participation to a violate enforcement of property rights, or rights resulting therefrom, although there is no enforceable decision of the relevant authority.
For the minor offence mentioned under no. 1. above, it is possible to impose a penalty up to SKK 10 000 and for the minor offence under no. 1. above, it is possible to impose a penalty up to SKK 3 000.
