Act on Court Charges and Charges for Extracts from the Criminal Registry

(Act No. 162/2001 Coll. amending and supplementing the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 71/1992 Coll. on court charges and charges for extracts from the Criminal Registry, as amended)

The amendment to the Act on Court Charges and Charges for Extracts from the Criminal Registry cancels a court charge for publishing data in the Commercial Bulletin in the amount of SKK 700, which was introduced by the last amendment to this act, with effect from 1 January 2001.

The amendment also cancels an extra charge for entries into the Commercial Registry (introduced by the amendment with effect from 1 January 2001) in the case of performance of entries in the Commercial Registry within 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours.

At the same time, a charge for the application for convention of the General Assembly of a joint stock company by court has been decreased from SKK 2 000 to SKK 500.

This act is in force from 1 June 2001.
