(Act. No. 58/2001 Coll. amending and supplementing the Act No. 544/1990 Coll. on Municipal Charges, as amended)
The amendment of the Act on Municipal Charges stipulates that the fee for public area usage shall be paid also for temporary parking of a motor vehicle on a designated place. At the same time, the amendment also regulates the maximum amount thereof.
The maximum amount of the temporary parking fee on the designated place of public area shall be SKK 20 per hour for one parking place. In city centres or municipal districts, this fee may be increased up to five times.
This Act is in force from 1 March 2001.
