Act on mandatory Insurance for Damage caused by Motor Vehicles

(Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 413/2001 Coll. administering the Act on Mandatory Contractual Insurance of Responsibility for Damage Caused by Operation of Motor Vehicles, and amending and supplementing certain other acts)

As a follow-up to the new act on mandatory contractual insurance of responsibility for damage caused by operation of motor vehicles, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic stipulates the prerequisites of the confirmation of mandatory contractual insurance of responsibility for damage caused by operation of domestic motor vehicles, as well as the confirmation of insurance of responsibility for damage caused by operation of foreign motor vehicles in the territory of the Slovak Republic.

Specimens of both confirmations are given in the Annex, which creates a part of this Regulation.

This Regulation is in force from 19 October 2001.
