Order of the National Bank of Slovakia

(Order of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 464/2001 Coll. on requirements and procedure at processing of banknotes and coins stipulating details of requirements, under which entrepreneurs can process banknotes and coins for other persons, and procedure of banks and entrepreneurs at processing of banknotes and coins)

This Order regulates details of an application for granting a prior consent of the National Bank of Slovakia (the "NBS") with processing of banknotes and coins for other persons pursuant to Section 17h lett. g) of the Act on NBS, the Act No. 566/1992 Coll., as amended.

At the same time, this Order defines what is regarded as fulfilment of requirements of technical readiness, equipment and ability of an entrepreneur in connection with processing of banknotes and coins pursuant to Section 17f (3) of the Act on NBS.

This Order is in force from 1 December 2001.
