Order of the National Bank of Slovakia

(Order of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 465/2001 Coll. on details of procedure at reseipt of lawful money ans disposal of it an details of provivion of substitutes for incomplete banknotes or otherwise damaged banknotes and coins stipulating details of procedure at receipt of lawful money and disposal of it and details of provision of substitutes for incomplete banknotes or otherwise damaged banknotes and coins)

This Order stipulates details of procedure at receipt of lawful money, removal of forged banknotes and coins in accordance with Section 17 lett. c) and d) of the Act on NBS.

At the same time, this Order regulates details of procedure at provision of substitutes for incomplete banknotes and commemorative banknotes and for otherwise damaged banknotes, coins, commemorative banknotes and commemorative coins.

The Order also stipulates the cases in which NBS can provide a substitute for destroyed or damaged banknotes, coins, commemorative banknotes or commemorative coins.

This Order has replaced the Order of the State Bank of Czecho-Slovakia No. 147/1992 Coll. stipulating the procedure at receipt of lawful money and disposal of it and at provision of substitutes for incomplete and damaged banknotes and coins.

This Order is in force from 1 December 2001.
