(Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 461/2001 Coll. on details and prerequisites of warranty deed)
This Order regulates details and prerequisites of the warranty deed at provision of bank guarantee for consumption tax on mineral oils.
This bank guarantee shall be used for the payment of consumption tax on mineral oils if the tax has not been paid within the maturity period.
An example of bank guarantee is stated in the annex to this Order.
This Order shall be in force from 1 January 2002.
