(Act No. 484/2001 Coll. amending and stipulating the Act No. 189/1992 Coll. on regulation of some relations connected with the lease of flats and flat substitutes)
In accordance with the amendment to the Act on regulation of some relations connected with the lease of flat and flat premises, under a service flat is understood also a flat in the state ownership permanently designed for residence of
- (a)
- professional soldiers of armed forces;
- (b)
- officers of security and armed forces, officers of the Slovak Information Service and officers of the National Security Office,
- (c)
- employees of state budget organisations and state contributory organisations and employees of military forces of the Slovak Republic.
This Act is in force from 1 December 2001.
