Act No. 586/2001 Coll. on State Budget for 2002
Pursuant to the Act on State Budget for 2002, the total revenues of the state budget for 2002 are budgeted in the amount of SKK 219,919,182,000 and the total expenditures are budgeted in the amount of SKK 257,919,182,000. The state budget deficit for 2002 is budgeted for SKK 38,000,000,000.
In 2002, the Government of the Slovak Republic may provide state guarantees for bank loans in favour of the Railways of the Slovak Republic, the Intervention Agricultural Agency of the Slovak Republic and state guarantees for guarantees of the Slovak Guarantee and Development Bank (state-owned company) accepted for the State Support Fund of Agriculture and Food Industry of the Slovak Republic and the State Environmental Fund.
This Act is in force from 1 January 2002.
