Announcement of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 591/2001 Coll. on issue of Decree stipulating prerequisites of an application for registration of a representative office of foreign bank or similar financial institution which performs banking activities
This decree stipulates prerequisites of an application for registration of a representative office of foreign bank in the territory of the Slovak Republic or such representative office of similar foreign financial institution performing banking activities.
This decree repeals the Decree of the NBS No. 10/1998 stipulating prerequisites of an application for establishment of a representative office of foreign bank or similar foreign financial institution and conditions for its operation.
This Decree is in force from 1 January 2002.
