Announcement of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 592/2001 Coll. on issue of Decree stipulating prerequisites for an application of a bank for a prior approval with establishment of a branch office in a foreign country
This Decree stipulates prerequisites for an application of a bank for a prior approval of NBS with establishment of a branch office in a foreign country. The Decree replaces the previous Decree of the NBS No. 8/1998 stipulating prerequisites for an application of a bank for a prior approval with establishment of a branch office in a foreign country.
This Decree is effective from 1 January 2002.
