Announcement of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 594/2001 Coll. on issue of Decree stipulating prerequisites of a notification necessary for identification of other persons who have a special relationship with a bank or a branch office of foreign bank on a basis of relationship with the notifying subject
This Decree stipulates prerequisites of a notification being submitted by selected persons with a special relationship to a bank or with a special relationship to a branch office of foreign bank, as notifications on all information necessary for finding out such other persons, who on the basis of their relationship with the notifying subject have a special relationship with a bank or a branch office of foreign bank.
This Decree cancels the Decree of NBS No. 4/2001 stipulating prerequisites of a notification necessary for identification of other persons who have a special relationship with a bank or a branch office of foreign bank on a basis of relationship with the notifying subject.
This Decree is effective from 1 January 2002.
