Order of the National Bank of Slovakia and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 600/2001 Coll. on Mortgage Registry and Details on Position and Activities of Mortgage Administrator and his Deputy
This Order executes provision of Sec. 76 para. 4 and Sec. 83 of the Banking Act, whereas the structure of the mortgage registry, information which has to be contained in the mortgage registry, as well as the extent of supervision and other activities of a mortgage administrator and his deputy is stipulated by this Order.
This Order replaces the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 16/1997 Coll. on Mortgage Registry and Activities of Mortgage Administrator.
This Order is effective from 1 January 2002.
