Act No. 553/2001 Coll. on Cancellation of Certain State Funds, on Certain Measures Related to their Cancellation and amending and supplementing certain other acts
This Act cancels as from 1 January 2002 the State Fund of Protection and Development of Agricultural Soil Fund, the State fund of Forest Development, the State Water Fund, the State Support Agricultural and Food Fund, the State Environmental Fund, the State Health Fund, the State Sport Fund, the State Cultural Fund ``Pro Slovakia'' and the State Road Fund Economy. As from 1 January 2003, the State Fund of Housing Development is cancelled as well.
The Act also stipulates rules for transfer of the state property which was administrated by the cancelled funds, transfer of rights and obligations resulting form employment relationships, as well as other relationships and transfer of receivables and liabilities and transfer of balance of financial means of the cancelled funds to the respective ministry.
This Act is in force from 1 January 2002, save for Sec. 9 and Sec. 14 point 8, 10 a 13, which are in force from 1 January 2003.
