The amount of a claim of the entitled holder for compensation of the costs expedient of incurred for a thing during authorised possession cannot be determined earlier than the thing has been returned to the owner. The beginning of a lapse of the limitation period for compensation of the costs which the entitled holder expedient of incurred for real estate during authorised possession shall commence on the date following the delivery of the subject of possession to its owner.
