Decree on Provision of Grants

Announcement No. 119/2004 Coll. of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic on Issue of the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic on Grant Provision in the Competence of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic

This Decree was issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic on the basis of the Act on Budgetary Rules, as amended.

The Decree regulates the details for providing the grants financed from the lotteries and other similar games and for the grant provision for the individual needs of the municipalities. The Decree was published in the Financial Bulletin (Financný spravodajca) No. 3/2004, and is available at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.

This Decree came into force on 15 March 2004.
