Slovak Financial Law News 2004Decree on Disclosure of Information by BanksAnnouncement of the National Bank of Slovakia No. 131/2004 Coll. on Issue of the Decree on Disclosure of Information by Banks and Branches of Foreign Banks and on the Manner of the Publication of the Annual Report of the Banks and Branches of Banks Operating Business within the Territory of the Slovak Republic The Decree of the National Bank of Slovakia of 27 February 2004 No. 5/2004 issued upon the basis of the Banking Act regulates the extent and the manner of disclosure of the information on activities of the bank or the branch of a foreign bank, about the remedies and the sanctions to the banks and branch of a foreign bank, about the financial ratios of the banks and branches of foreign banks, about the consolidated and subconsolidated groups, to which a bank or branch of a foreign bank is a part, about the shareholders in the bank and about the structure of the consolidated group or subconsolidated group to which the bank is a part. The Decree was published in the Journal of the National Bank of Slovakia (Vestník Národnej banky Slovenska) No. 9/2004, and it is available in all organisational units of the National Bank of Slovakia.
