Constitutional Act No. 140/2004 Coll. amending the Constitution of the Slovak Republic No. 460/1992 Coll., as amended
Members of the National Council of the Slovak Republic (i.e. the Slovak Parliament) were excluded from the regime of civil liability for the declarations made during the execution of their functions in the National Council of the Slovak Republic or its bodies by this Constitutional Act amending the Constitution of the Slovak Republic.
The Act came into force on 18 March 2004.
