Decision of the Chairman of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 124/2004 Coll. on the Declaration of the Elections to the European Parliament
On 10 March 2004, the Chairman of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, by his decision pursuant to Article 89(2) lett. (f) of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic and pursuant to Section 4 (1) and (2) of the Act on Elections to the European Parliament declared the elections to the European Parliament, and set the date of the elections on Sunday 13 June 2004.
