Judgement of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic of 25 July 2002, file No. 5 Cdo 79/02, published in the Collection of Opinions of the Supreme Court and Decisions of the Courts of the Slovak Republic No. 6/2003
Only that party of the reconciliation, i.e. the party of the original proceedings, who reconciled and to whom its invalidity caused a legal detriment and/or his legal successor, is entitled to the active legitimacy for the submission of the petition on cancellation of the resolution on approval of reconciliation.
