Judgement of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic of 27 August 2002, file No. 1 M Cdo 79/02, published in the Collection of Opinions of the Supreme Court and Decisions of the Courts of the Slovak Republic No. 1/2004
An appeal submitted by one of two defendants, upon which the obligation to fulfil jointly and severally was imposed, has a deferring effect even in the relationship to such a defendant, who did not submit the appeal; in such a case the Court of Appeal shall be obliged to review the judgement of the First Instance Court.
