Judgement of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic of 29 April 2003, file No. 1 Obdo 17/2002, published in the Collection of Opinions of the Supreme Court and Decisions of the Courts of the Slovak Republic No. 1/2004
Should on the basis of an agreement on assumption of debt the debt be assumed only in the part concerning the principal, the obligation to pay the appurtenances attached to the respective principal existing as to the day of assumption of debt shall not pass on the new debtor.
