Small-Scale Bankruptcy

In order to run the bankruptcy proceedings in the most effective and most time-saving way, the court is entitled under the Act to recognize the bankruptcy as small-scale in the cases stipulated in the Act and to shorten the periods for a regular bankruptcy, or to decide on other measures.
