Ruling of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic dated 10 June 2003, file No. 5 Cdo 147/02, published in the Collection of Opinions of the Supreme Court and Decisions of the Courts of the Slovak Republic No. 4/2004
The declaration of a lease agreement as null and void in court proceedings held at a later date contrary to the court proceedings in which the power for execution has been issued on the basis thereof shall not constitute grounds to deem the execution inappropriate and to a subsequent suspension thereof under Section 57 para. 1 letter g) of the Civil Procedure Code.
