Administration of the Minor's Property

The Act newly introduces the function of a ``property administrator''. The property administrator will be determined by court, if the minor's interests in connection with the administration of his/her property are threatened and if the parents themselves have failed to or are not in the capacity to take suitable steps to protect the minor's property.
