First Issue of Slovak Pharmacopoeia

Notification of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No. 53/2005 Coll. on Issuance of the Ordinance of 31 January 2005 No. 22783-1/2004-SL, issuing the Slovak Pharmacopoeia, First Edition

The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (the ``Ministry'') after an agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic issued according to Section 45 para. 4 of the Act No. 140/1998 Coll. on Medicaments and Medical Devices and on Amendment and Supplement to Certain Acts, the Ordinance of 31 January 2005 No. 22783-1/2004-SL, issuing the Slovak Pharmacopoeia, First Edition.

Furthermore, this Ordinance repeals Decree of the Ministry No. 32/1987 Coll. on Effectiveness of Czechoslovak Pharmacopoeia as amended by Decree of the Ministry No. 181/1991 Coll.

The Ordinance has been published in special edition of Bulletin of the Ministry and is available for inspection at Ministry. The Ordinance has been published also as a separate publication.

This Ordinance came into effect on 1 March 2005.
