Decree on Submission of Statements, Reports and Other Information of Insurance and Reinsurance Company

Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 64/2005 Coll. on Submission of Statements, Reports and Other Information of Insurance Company, Reinsurance Company, Branch Office of Foreign Insurance Company and Branch Office of Foreign Reinsurance Company

This Decree stipulates the scope of data from accounting and statistic evidence, as well as other information pursuant to Insurance Act (Act No. 95/2002 Coll. on Insurance and on Amendment and Supplement to Certain Acts), which are an insurance companies, reinsurance companies, branch offices of foreign insurance and reinsurance companies obliged to submit to the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and to the National Bank of Slovakia. Decree further stipulates the terms, in which the insurance companies, reinsurance companies, branch offices of foreign insurance and reinsurance companies are obliged to submit a certain data.

Annex to this Decree contains forms of certain statements, reports, reviews and other information, which the insurance companies, reinsurance companies, branch offices of foreign insurance and reinsurance companies are obliged to submit.

According to Decree, submission of statements, reports and other information regarding to the year 2004 in year 2005 shall be governed by previous legal regulation.

This Decree repeals the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 550/2002 Coll. on Submission of Statements, Reports and Other Information of the Insurance Companies, Reinsurance Companies, Branch Offices of Foreign Insurance and Reinsurance Companies.

This Decree came into effect on 1 March 2005.
