Amendment to Decree on the Amount of Contribution of Insured Person for Services Related to Health Care Provision

Decree of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 65/2005 Coll. amending and supplementing Decree of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 722/2004 Coll. on the Amount of Contribution of Insured Person for Services Related to Health Care Provision

Amendment of this Decree has affected the amount of contribution that insured persons are obliged to pay for services related to the provision of health care.

According to this Amendment, insured person shall not pay the contribution in amount of SKK 20 for processing of data acquired during the provision of ambulance health care in electronic form, if insured person visits a provider of health care only in order to receive a medicament prescription or medical devices prescription.

According to this Amendment, a holder of ``seriously handicapped person card'' pays the contribution for statistic processing of prescription related to dispensation of medicaments or dietary food prescribed on one medical prescription in amount of SKK 10.

According to this Amendment, insured person shall not pay the contribution of SKK 20 either for statistic processing of prescription related to a dispensation of medicaments or dietary food when providing a health care during dispensation of vaccines labelled with symbol ``V'' on one prescription.

This Decree came into effect on 1 March 2005.
