Creditors' Meeting and Exchange of the Trustee

Under the new Act, the creditors' meeting is competent to decide on the exchange of the trustee; this is decided upon always at the first creditors' meeting. A decision on the exchange of the trustee can be taken at the forthcoming creditors' meeting only in the cases stipulated in the Act.
