CHANGE OF DECREE ON DETAILS OF SUBMISSION OF REPORTS FROM ACCOUNTING BOOKS AND STATISTICAL RECORDS AND ON CONTENT AND SUBMISSION OF REPORTS, STATEMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION OF SECURITIES BROKER AND FOREIGN SECURITIES BROKER

(Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 34/2003 Coll., amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 558/2002 Coll. stipulating the extent, method and periods of submission of reports, statements or reviews from accounting books and statistical records and stipulating the content, form, classification, periods, method and the place of submission of reports, statements and other information of a securities broker and a foreign securities broker)

This decree supplements, under the provision of Sec. 77 para. 6 and 7 of the Act No. 566/2001 Coll. on Securities and Investment Services and amending and supplementing certain other acts (Securities Act), the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 558/2002 Coll., stipulating the extent, method and periods of submission of reports, statements or reviews from accounting books and statistical records and stipulating the content, form, classification, periods, method and the place of submission of reports, statements and other information of a securities broker and a foreign securities broker.

Under this decree, certain reports (e.g. monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports on adequacy of own resources) are not submitted in case of a securities broker being a bank which submits similar reports under special regulations.

Specimens of the following reports and statements are contained in an addendum to this decree: (1) quarterly review of provided investment services, (2) semi-annual report on adequacy of own resources, (3) quarterly report on adequacy of own resources, (4) monthly report on adequacy of own resources, and (5) monthly report on large property involvement.

This decree came into force on 15 February 2003.
