MEASURE ON DETAILS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES, BRANCH OFFICES OF FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES, REINSURANCE COMPANIES, BRANCH OFFICES OF FOREIGN REINSURANCE COMPANIES AND THE SLOVAK AGENCY OF INSURERS

(Notification of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 28/2003 Coll. on issue of a measure stipulating details of the layout and designation of items of the individual financial statements, content specification of these items and scope of data from the financial statements intended for publication for insurance companies, branch offices of foreign insurance companies, reinsurance companies, branch offices of foreign reinsurance companies and the Slovak Agency of Insurers)

By this notification, the Ministry Finance of the Slovak Republic informs that pursuant to Sec. 4 para. 2 of the Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting it issued the Measure No. 22213/2002-92, stipulating details of the layout and designation of items of the individual financial statements, content specification of these items and the scope of data from the financial statements intended for publication for insurance companies, branch offices of foreign insurance companies, reinsurance companies, branch offices of foreign reinsurance companies and the Slovak Agency of Insurers.

This measure was published in the Financial Bulletin No. 5/2003.

The mentioned measure has repealed the Measure of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 3176/1998-KM, stipulating the layout and content specification of items of the financial statements of insurance companies and the minimum scope of data from the financial statements intended for publication, as amended.

This measure came into force on 20 February 2003.
