MODIFICATION OF SUMS OF LIVING WAGES

(Decree of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic No. 213/2003 Coll. on Modification of Sums of Living Wages)

The sums of living wages stipulated by the Act No. 125/1998 Coll. on Living Wages and stipulating the sums for the purpose of state social allowances as amended are modified by this decree.

Pursuant to this decree, the living wages of a natural person or natural persons, whose incomes are considered jointly, shall be the sum or the aggregate of the following sums: (a) SKK 4,210 per month with respect to one adult natural person, (b) SKK 2,940 per month if (1) another jointly considered adult natural person is concerned, (2) vested minor child, and (c) SKK 1,910 per month, if dependent child is concerned.

This decree became effective on 1 July 2003.
