NOTIFICATION ON ISSUE OF DECREE ON DETAILS OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES AND FRAME CHART OF ACCOUNTS FOR SUBJECTS OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET

(Notification of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 224/2003 Coll. on Issue of Decree amending the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic stipulating Details of Accounting Procedures and Frame Chart of Accounts for Banks, Branch Offices of Foreign Banks, National Bank of Slovakia, Deposit Protection Fund, Securities Dealers, Branch Offices of Foreign Securities Dealers, Guarantee Fund of Investments, Asset Management Companies, Branch Offices of Foreign Asset Management Companies and Unit Trusts)

By this notification the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic informs that on 17 June 2003 it issued under Sec. 4 (2) of the Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting the Decree No. 13 593/2003-92 amending the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic dated 13 November 2002 No. 20 359/2002-92 stipulating details of accounting procedures and frame chart of accounts for banks, branch offices of foreign banks, National Bank of Slovakia, Deposit Protection Fund, securities dealers, branch offices of foreign securities dealers, Guarantee Fund of Investments, asset management companies, branch offices of foreign asset management companies and unit trusts.

The above mentioned decree shall be published in the Financial Bulletin No. 13/2003 and may be inspected at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.

This decree became effective on 1 July 2003.
