By effectiveness of an agreement on transfer of business interest towards a company, the Memorandum of Association of the company is amended by operation of law and no other legal steps are required for this amendment.
A verdict of the judgement, by which it is decided on determination that the petitioner is a shareholder of a business company, must contain information on the amount of its contribution registered in the Commercial Registry, otherwise this judgement is not enforceable.
