An unsuccessful applicant for the purchase of assets forming a bankrupt's estate, being sold out of the auction, may neither successfully claim the determination of invalidity of the agreement by which the assets were sold to another applicant, nor the determination that its offer was better because it is not actively legitimate to such claim.
