Medical Treatment Rules

Based on mandatory health insurance, the payments for the following services shall not be covered by the Medical Treatment Rules:

1. health performances connected with the issue of a medical certificate and the issue of this medical certificate for:
   1. cases of assessment of health capability for driving a motor vehicle,
   2. needs of civil court proceedings, criminal proceedings, administrative proceedings and proceedings on offences,
   3. journeys to foreign countries and after return from foreign countries,
   4. detection whether a person was intoxicated or under the influence of other addictive substances for the needs of criminal authorities,
2. investigation, examinations and other performances provided at the request of an individual or a legal entity which have no healing purpose.
