(Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 268/2003 Coll. on Modification of Compensation for Loss on Earnings after Termination of Incapability to Work or in Invalidity)
According to this latest governmental regulation, compensation for loss on earnings under civil legal regulations after termination of incapability to work in invalidity shall be modified in such manner that the average earnings decisive for the calculation of this compensation for 2002 shall be increased by 9.3 %. The modified average earnings shall be used for the first time at the calculation of compensation for October.
This governmental regulation shall become effective on 1 October 2003.
