The provision of Section 3 of the Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 87/1995 Coll., executing certain provisions of the Civil Code, is not applicable to determination of the amount of delay interests related to satisfaction of a monetary obligation in relationships regulated by the Commercial Code.
