A filing done by a person who identified himself/herself as a representative of a party to proceedings without showing his/her authorisation to represent this party in the manner stated in Section 28 para. 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, must be considered as a lack of the condition of proceedings on the part of this party (lack of a power-of-attorney) which may be eliminated.
